Spiritual living
Where you are at
We run across items, articles, computer stuff, that reminds us of what we could have done, or what we weren't able to do. Different pieces of the puzzle start to fit, not always in our favor. This is painful for a time. What is helpful is to remember we can't be in two places at once. When we are feeling our lack it is hard to be feeling well. You might end up going to bed amid this feeling of deprivation, incompleteness.
Somehow, maybe after some sleep, there is some relief. It is not a conscious choice however, it just happens. It is a kind of lifting without any effort. You see the bigger picture. Who you were, who you are, it's all you. And then you proceed for what seems to be the path forward even if it seems somewhat foggy and unclear. It's just where you are at, even if it's muddy, and there is a light around that too.
