the beauty of it is its simple. I have ice packs kept in the fridge, or can use ice, or a good suggestion is frozen peas. Place a pac in a towel and say on my hip where the femur comes into the hip socket let the ice pac touch the skin on top of the sore area. Lie down or sit, relax when watching something and do it for about 20 minutes.

Thanks. I will look into giving it a try. May have some reusable ice packs around. Interesting about the whole bacteria thing. Leave a Reply. |
